Halloween Ghost Train

今日も「わくわくブログ」を

今回は、メリアン先生から
のメッセージをお送りします。

What a beautiful sunny day last Friday!
All the children had chance to visit the
Halloween Ghost Train.

They were so excited to come and see
what’s inside the train.

I could see from their faces how eager
they were to know what’s in the train
was all about and how much excitement
they felt when they were there.

We did our English Playtime had their
English Playtime there, sung the morning
circle songs and let them get to know
the displays on the train.

There were crafts displays by the
English Club members, like the trick-or-treat
bags and pictures of the carved pumpkin.






















They were so happy and proud to know
that some of the crafts made were done
by their big brothers and sisters.

The five year old tried to vote for the best
trick-or-treat bags and jack-o-lantern in
each class.

We really had so much fun in the Halloween
Ghost Train.

【日本語訳】

金曜日は、
なんと清々しい
晴れの天気だったのでしょう！

子どもたちは、全員、ハロウィンの
ゴーストトレインに乗り込みました。

みんな、中に何があるのか、
興味津々。

表情から、電車の中をのぞきたい気持ちが
本当につよいんだと、感じました。

英語あそびでは、モーニングサークルの
歌や、電車の中にある展示物も
チェックしましたよ。

小学生英語クラブのメンバーによる
製作物や、ジャコランタンのかぼちゃの
写真、trick-or-treatの袋なども展示
されていました。

このうちのいくつかは、
自分のお兄ちゃんや
お姉ちゃんが作ったもので、
それも、嬉しかったようです。

５歳児のお友だちは、それぞれの
クラスで、どのtrick-or-treatの袋や
ジャコランタンが良かったか
投票してくれましたよ。

ハロウィンのゴーストトレインでは、
ほんとにみんな楽しい時間を過ごせ
ました！

また、来年のゴーストトレインで
会いましょう！
