Philippine Teachers Study-Training in Nakakagaya Kindergarten #2

メリアン先生からの
メッセージをお送りします。

先月おこなわれていた、
フィリピンの姉妹園の先生方への
研修の様子です。

今回は、後編をお伝えします。

They believed that because of the difference
in daily activities of the kindergarten here
and there, young children here developed
healthily their childhood development.

Various activities and programs of the school
helped them grow into a well-rounded person,
physically, mentally, emotionally and creatively.

Although it was really a short study-training
for them, but it gave them valuable
experiences in educational and child developmental
point of view.



























This will give them a chance to share what
they learned here and try to apply to their
classes there, to the teachers and the kindergarten.

【日本語訳】

日本の幼稚園とフィリピンの幼稚園の
毎日の保育の様子の違いを感じ、
フィリピンの先生方は、日本の子ども達の
健全な成長にも気づいていたようです。

幼稚園の様々な活動を通じて、子ども達は、
身体的にも、精神的にも、感情的にも、
創造力の面でも、素晴らしい人格者として
成長していくのです。

フィリピンの先生方にとっては、
短い時間だったのですが、
教育や、幼児の発達について、
非常に価値のある経験ができました。

この経験を通じて、２人の先生方は
日本で学んだことをフィリピンの幼稚園
のクラスや、先生方に向けて、
取り入れることができるのではないでしょうか。

いい仕事を続けていきましょうね！
